We are looking for a talented and motivated Marketing Executive who will be focusing on recruitment services along with blue-collar hiring coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and a keen interest in the recruitment industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our blue-collar recruitment services
• Generate leads from the market
• Collaborate closely with the sales and recruitment teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and recruitment needs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, industry demands, and competitive landscape to shape effective marketing strategies.
• Create compelling marketing content, including job listings, blog posts, social media updates, and website content, to engage with job seekers and highlight our expertise to clients.
• Coordinate the mass hiring for various clients
• Coordinate and arrange the required documentation for blue-collar hiring
• Arrangements for onboarding of the candidates as per the requirements
• Keep up-to-date with recruitment industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure marketing strategies remain relevant and effective.
• Assist in the development of pricing and promotional strategies for recruitment services.
• Monitor competitors' marketing activities and stay informed about shifts in the recruitment landscape.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on promoting services or solutions, preferably in the recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, especially in the context of the recruitment sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Creative mindset and ability to generate engaging content for both clients and job seekers.
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
