Job Descriptions
We are looking for a dynamic and personable Sales Executive for a perfumery company. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for fragrances and an ability to connect with customers, providing them with an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing perfumes.
- Provide detailed information on various fragrance products.
- Maintain an organized and aesthetically pleasing display.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Process transactions and manage cash and credit card payments.
- Assist in creating and implementing promotional activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a luxury or fragrance retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in basic math and handling transactions.
- Enthusiastic, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Keen attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Fluent in English and Tagalog
