We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales Promoters / Beauty Advisors represent in a variety of retail environments. As a Sales Promoter, you will play a crucial role in educating customers on the product range, driving sales, and promoting the brand values. You will be the face, helping customers discover the best skincare and beauty products for their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to promote and sell
• Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively, ensuring customers understand how each product suits their needs.
• Offer personalized skincare recommendations based on individual customer concerns and preferences.
• Communicate clearly and confidently in English to assist customers with their beauty and skincare queries.
• Maintain a well-presented appearance and demonstrate excellent grooming standards.
• Possess basic make-up skills to apply products on customers when needed and offer makeup tips.
• The candidate must have their own valid visa to be eligible for employment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or retail industry.
• Strong passion for skincare, beauty, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in various retail locations and adapt to different retail environments.
• A positive attitude, professionalism, and a desire to learn about Skin Story products and services.
