We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Team Leader to lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives in the dynamic and fast-paced Forex industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, fostering a high-performance sales culture, and ensuring that sales targets are met. This role requires a deep understanding of Forex products and the financial markets, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target and Strategy
- Develop strategies and monitor performance to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Work with management to develop and execute sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives specific to the Forex market.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and economic factors affecting Forex trading, and guide the team accordingly.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing issues and ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing, risk management, and customer support to ensure smooth sales operations.
Training & Development and Team Leadership:
- Identify team skill gaps and provide training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and market trends.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve high productivity and meet sales goals. Provide coaching and mentorship.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor sales activities, prepare reports, and provide insights for performance improvements.
Qualifications:
- 3 Year experience in sales leadership or team management, preferably within the Forex or financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Forex products, trading platforms, and financial markets.
- Proven success in acquiring and retaining clients, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience analytical problem solving to achieve Sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, business intelligence platforms, and other sales tools.
