We are seeking a Business Development Executive with a proven track record in sales and client acquisition within the safety and technical training sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the safety and technical training sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government entities, and industry stakeholders.
• Promote our training programs and services to potential clients.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure successful training program delivery.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a business development role within the safety training or technical training industry in the UAE.
• Strong network and client base in various industries
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• UAE driving license is preferable
• Preferable on their own visa
