The Sales Manager – Industrial is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the industrial sector by managing a sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of business objectives. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the industrial market.

Qualifications:

• Btech in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Civil
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in worked in Sales and Knowledge in Facilities Management Products
• Strong knowledge of the industrial sector, including key trends, products, and customer needs.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive a high-performing sales team.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze market trends and sales data to develop strategies.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at all levels.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
